Investing in Augmented Reality

In 2017, there was nowhere in Los Angeles or Silicon Valley a person could go and not hear about Virtual Reality (VR) — many ignored the warnings about the VR hype. A new Canadian public company, the only public company in North America, focused instead on Augmented Reality (AR). AR enhances a users existing environment, where VR replaces it. AR minimally requires only a newer Apple or Android phone and a rear-facing camera.

Still in 2017, ePlay and its recently added subsidiary, Mobovivo took to adding Augmented Reality to Mobovivo’s proprietory game engine. ePlay leads as one of the only software stock plays in North America.
