We Are: ePlay technology company and next generation TV network. We help companies mobilize, gamify, manage and monetize their sports and entertainment assets. You will work with great clients such as: CBS, Cineplex, and others.

What we want: The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful development of digital products and online solutions, working with a cross-functional, multi-disciplined team and development partners, on site and remotely. The project manager is flexible with lots of different skills: wire framing, user flow, UX, design, video, social media, and so on while fulfilling a primary responsibility is to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters.

The Project Manager helps strategize, design and scope projects and then plans, schedules and controls all project activities toward the objectives, applying marketing, technical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with clients and associates.

As a Project Manager you will be assigned a specific client or clients and will be responsible for maintaining and growing the client relationship, understanding the client’s business model and competitive environment. You will be working with the client and various internal team members including strategists, designers, programmers and writers to develop and execute strategies and tactics to help the client reach their audience and achieve set out marketing goals. Working with this group you will prepare the necessary documentation from product, marketing and creative briefs, project quotes, contact and progress reports as well as working with suppliers as necessary.

The Project Manager will report to their assigned Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, define, communicate and manage scope of projects

  • Create and maintain project schedules, which define activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements

  • Forecast, track and manage project budgetsNegotiate, define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables

  • Manage client and internal team performance and dynamics as appropriate

  • Contribute to continual process, product and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions

Required Skills

  • Minimum1 year's experience as a product, program or project manager

  • Experience in managing traditional and interactive web/app and social media development initiatives

  • Post-secondary education arts, education, software development or business

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross- functional product teams within budgetaryand schedule constraints

  • Demonstrated experience managing external and internal clients

  • Knowledge of business management principles, methods and techniquesKnowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques

  • Knowledge of software/internet development lifecycleStrong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong technical and business aptitude

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Docs, Keynote, iMovie, Photoshop, app development and so on

  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision

  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projects and costs
